Refund policy
Here's our clear policy:
- 30-Day Protection for Defects If the product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Provide photos/videos – we'll arrange a full refund or replacement (we cover reshipping for valid claims).
- No Returns for Change of Mind Due to hygiene and personal use reasons (sweat/personal contact), we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse, size/fit preference, or used items.
- How to Request Help Email support@remmeshop.com with your order number, details, and proof. We'll respond in 1-2 business days. Valid refunds processed within 3-5 business days after verification.
